Knowledge Base System Upgrade

We have just finished the upgrade to our Knowledge Base system, this new feature on the site is replacing our old FAQ system. With the new system, it allows our customers to quickly access commonly asked questions. It also allows our staff to quickly add questions & answers to the website. We are currently adding more questions/answers to the system & this should be complete by the end of this week. Take a peek - Knifesite - Knowledge Base
