We are still experiencing problems with the contact us system. I know that Steve is on the phone with our data center. Update to follow.
We are performing a hardware upgrade to our “contact us” email system, this upgrade should take less than 1 hour. As a result of this upgrade our email system will be offline from, Thursday, September 14 18:50 to 19:30 (40 minutes).
Yes, it’s Inventory Time! This count will delay orders placed on Monday, all orders placed on the weekend will ship out on Monday as scheduled. Orders placed on Mon - Tue will ship on Wed.
We apologize for the delay, this only happpens twice a year.
The CRKT Zilla-Tool has just arrived into stock. They are very cool, part knife, part multi-tool. Nice that they are small enough to carry with a pocket clip. All at a decent price.

As many of our customers know, we had a toll free number listed on our website from 1998 to 2006. We removed this number during Dec. 2006, at that time we sent out an email to our customer explaining the reasons for doing this. We are happy to announce that tomorrow, Sept. 6, 2007, we are launching a new Customer Service Phone Hotline. The phone number for this hotline will be emailed in your order confirmation email. This will allow our customers to call with any problems or questions. Please note that we still encourage our customers to use our email contact form, as it allows us to keep better records & have your question answered by the proper department.
Customer service is our focus & this is just one part of many improvements that we are making to our business to expand & improve our customer service.

We have just finished the upgrade to our Knowledge Base system, this new feature on the site is replacing our old FAQ system. With the new system, it allows our customers to quickly access commonly asked questions. It also allows our staff to quickly add questions & answers to the website.
